Standard Delivery: Orders placed after 1pm will not be processed & despatched until the next working day. Our Standard Delivery charge is £5.95, this is a flat rate price. Orders will be sent via Courier Service or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your order, if you haven't received your order after 48 hours please contact us on 01909 477192 so we can look into the issue for you.
Delivery times exclude weekends. Product prices exclude VAT.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith. Sparkles Beauty Supplies can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.
We always try to maintain the website with correct stock levels, however there may be times when items you order may be out of stock. Please note any items not delivered to you will be held on backorder for you and shipped as soon as they became available, no extra delivery costs will be charged to you.
On discount days no orders will be processed and despatched until the following Monday.
If you are urgent for an item you can telephone and check we have the item in stock before you place your order.

If the item(s) that you would like to order can be packaged in a envelope please telephone your order through to us on 01909 477192 so we can offer you a cheaper postage quote. Small Item orders will be sent by Royal Mail.

As with everything, mistakes can occasionally be made. If an error should occur, please notify us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and will work quickly and efficiently to ensure it is rectified with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
